  • Release HGH and Testosterone: Studies have shown saunas can increase Testosterone and HGH

  • Sleep Better and Improve Brain Function: Regular cold plunge and sauna sessions can help regulate your body's internal temperature, relieve stress, and relax your muscles, leading to better sleep quality and a more restorative night's rest.

  • Overhaul Health: Detoxification, increased metabolism, weight loss, increased blood circulation, pain reduction, antiaging, skin rejuvenation, improved cardiovascular function, improved immune function, improved sleep, stress management, and relaxation.

The Cold Plunge

Step 2: Enter the cold plunge for 2 to 7 minutes. It is 46 degrees of pure pleasure.

What can our Cold Plunge do for you?

  • Reduce inflammation: Cold plunges are effective in reducing inflammation and delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS). DOMS refers to the muscle soreness that occurs 1-2 days following an intense exercise session.

  • Increase Endorphins and Dopamine: These are the happy chemicals everyone craves.

  • Improve Your Immune System: Cold water exposure can increase the production of white blood cells in the body, which are responsible for fighting infection.

  • Shock Protein and Other Benefits: the shock protein can help your body heal. That’s why cold therapy can be an effective non-pharmaceutical support for people with a variety of conditions, such as fibromyalgia and rheumatoid arthritis.

Red Light Therapy and Grounding

Step 3: Stand on the grounding mats in front of our red lights for 10-20 minutes.

  • Skin Health Improvement: Red light therapy is known for its ability to stimulate collagen production, which can reduce wrinkles, fine lines, and improve overall skin tone and texture.

  • Wound Healing: It can accelerate the healing process of wounds, scars, and infections by enhancing cell repair and regeneration.

  • Reduced Inflammation: It has anti-inflammatory properties, which can be beneficial in treating conditions like psoriasis and other inflammatory skin conditions.

  • Reduced Depression and Fatigue: Exposure to red light has been associated with improved mood and reduced symptoms of depression and fatigue, particularly in people with seasonal affective disorder.

Breath Work, Mediation and Stretching

Step 4: Stretch, breath and relax while laying our our PEMF Mats

PEMF is an effective, non-invasive, and side-effect-free antidote to pain. It directly affects nerve cells that are communicating to our brain that our body is experiencing pain. It has anti-inflammatory implications, helping to minimize pain. This also affects flexibility – especially when treating stiff and inflamed muscles. PEMF treatment increases the range of motion that can be achieved and results are often immediate. For bone fractures, PEMF is especially useful in healing non-union fractures. This is because electromagnetic waves are the earth’s tool to cause biochemical changes that ultimately result in an increased speed in bone formation.

PEMF therapy has also been found to relieve depression and other mental health conditions. It’s also been used in the treatment of everything from arthritis, cancer, heart disease, Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, to multiple sclerosis, autism, diabetes, and many other chronic health conditions.

  • Stress Reduction: Controlled breathing helps in calming the mind and reducing stress levels. It activates the parasympathetic nervous system, which is responsible for the 'rest and digest' response.

  • Enhanced Range of Motion: Stretching can help increase the range of motion in your joints, improving your mobility.

  • Detoxification: Proper breathing can assist in flushing out toxins from the body as increased oxygen intake boosts cell regeneration.

  • Increased Blood Flow and Circulation: Stretching increases blood flow to the muscles, which can shorten recovery time and reduce muscle soreness.
