The Sauna

Step 1: Spend 15 to 45 Minutes in the sauna.

Step 2: Enter the cold plunge for 2 to 7 minutes. It is 46 degrees of pure pleasure.

Step 3: Stand on the grounding mats in front of our red lights for 20 minutes.
