I've always been very fascinated by what our bodies can do. I was born with severe scoliosis. At 16 years old I had to get back surgery, fusing 85% of my spine together.

I refuse to grow old living off pain pills, or letting the rods in my spine "define me".

I choose to look from the perspective of assessing the body as a whole and truly listening to what it needs.

In my time here in St George I found ZionMassage College, and it changed my life! There, I learned a comprehensive amount of modalities. I favor more of the eastern modalities such as Ashiatsu, Cupping, Gua-Sha, Thai Massage, as well as Cranial Sacral Therapy. Providing the body a gentle, yet very effective experience to activate the inner wisdom.

I became a licensed Massage Therapist wanting to help teach that healing starts within yourself. We have mind, body, spirit, connection.
All through touch, movement, love, and true authenticity.
