Delete your ERTH Wellness & Spa account
ERTH Wellness & Spa is the booking app for ERTH Wellness & Spa. It is published on the App Store and Google Play by Development Technologies Hub LLC on behalf of ERTH Wellness & Spa.
If you created an account in the ERTH Wellness & Spa app or on our booking page, you can ask us to delete it at any time, for any reason. This page explains how, and exactly what happens to your information.
Option 1
Delete it yourself in the app
- Open the ERTH Wellness & Spa app and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Account Settings → Delete Account.
- Confirm with your password.
Option 2
Ask us to delete it
Email info@erthspa.com with the subject line Account Deletion Request, from the email address on your account (or telling us which one it is). We will delete it and confirm by email within 5 business days. You do not need the app installed to make this request.
What is deleted
- Your login, so the account can no longer be signed into.
- Your name, email address and phone number.
- Any address and access notes you gave us for on-site visits.
- Your saved payment card. We hold only a token from our payment processor, never your full card number, and that token is deleted.
- Your notification and text-message preferences.
What is kept, and why
- Appointment and payment records are kept in anonymized form — no longer linked to your name, email, or phone number. ERTH Wellness & Spa is required to keep records of the services it sold and the payments it took for tax and accounting purposes, and keeps them only for as long as those rules require.
- Signed waivers and consent forms are kept as the legal record of what you agreed to and when.
Deleting your account also ends any active membership and forfeits any unused prepaid sessions or packages. That cannot be undone, so please use them or ask us about a transfer first.
